Ok. I need some hlep. We are headed to the world in July. I am trying to compile a list of disney songs to make CD's to listen to on the ride. We came up with a few of the obvious but could use some help thinking.

What's your obvious ones?

We had a cassette tape a while ago that had MK ride songs like its a small world, the old Tiki room song, yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me, Main St USA, Laughing Place from Splash Mt, Country Bears
You could put songs from rides/events/shows etc to familiarize family with them.

Of course there's movie soundtracks

I also listen to DTunesLive. They play park music, movie music, ride audio, interviews...pretty much anything Disney. I heard some kind of audition for POTC the other day. If I hear something I like, I try to iTunes it.

iTunes has the "original" Winnie the Pooh story with music as read by Christopher Plummer. It is GREAT!!! DS loves to listen to it. I think it is about 45 minutes long. Walmart (and I think Barnes and Noble) has some Disney stories on CD with read along book. I believe there are 7 or 8 of them. Examples: Cars, Nemo, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Lilo and Stitch

We have a 5 cd set of music called "60 Years of Disney Magic."
It is awesome!!!!!
We actually had it on cassette many years ago, and then bought it again on cd.
I'll bet you can find it on Amazon.
It has music from the movies, the parks, and even some of the broadway shows.
We, all 6 of us, have the whole thing memorized

Do you have a Cracker Barrell near you? They have a CD of Disney with alot of the songs Its a small world, Mulan, I wish I was King. My daughter is into Princesses and we have all the songs Disney, it's funny she hasn't seen all the Disney movies and she was watching one today and some previews came on for coming movies and she said I have that song on my MP3 Player and I said well yes they are the Disney songs

Listen to DisRadio for some ideas.... I made a bunch of CDs to listen to when we were driving to WDW last year. We still isten to it almost daily! My boys are 2.5, 6 and 10. When I made it I got the songs off of LimeWire or soemthing like there of ( I pay a monthly fee, so please no flaming), they had a great group of Disney songs.. most anything Disney you can imagine. I also have the 60 Years of Disney box set...

I was sure to pop it in the CD player when we were going through the arches for the Magic Kingdom on our way to Wilderness Lodge... I will never forget it for the rest of my life...
Our CD list included and will alway ays start with:

We went to our local library and borrowed a bunch of the Classis Disney cd's and copied them to make a bunch of music cd's for the car. DD5 still listens to them in her room at night. We have had them for 3 years now and they work great!
