Quick update on the CBR station ... including new walkways and stuff. defintiely looks in the homestretch of construction but still work being done. Could probably make that Aug 28th (rumored) soft opening date though

I just got on property for the week. Saw the Epcot line running then coming to a stop. As soon as my 3 yo daughter saw it she said "are we going to ride the high chair?"

I told her I was wondering too.

Just went in the IG entrance. I know it is all temporary at the moment, but the Skyliner is currently BEHIND security. Hopefully it stays that way.

ETA: It is a really beautiful station.

Yes, with where they have it set up right now. But assuming they are putting security where all the construction is, it'll be outside security again.

While it might be nice for it to stay within security I’m sure it won’t as the other stations are outside of security. Since DHS has opened all of its security points outside the skyliner my guess is that Epcot’s will move back outside too.

I'm fairly certain that it's not going to be within security at IG. I am assuming a lot of the construction currently going on in that area is for new touchpoint, as well as, a new security area. We will have to wait and see though.

It’s rumoured that the Epcot portion of the Skyliner will open Sep 29th, Disney's official Skyliner opening date.

I’m one who is holding out hope that CBR, Pop/AoA and DHS portions could open this coming Wednesday on Aug 28th!

To my fellow always!! positive about the Skyliner person. I also hope it opens Wednesday. But ... they haven’t (as far as we’ve seen) done any testing with people onboard.
Maybe they don’t need to ... Maybe they will do this for only a day or two. But here’s hoping for Wednesday
