Disney Shopping vs Disney Store Sizing?

Having never ordered from Disney Shopping before, I am hoping to pick up a couple of the PJ pals that are on sale. As such, how does the Disney Shopping sizing compare to the Disney Store? I noticed that while the Disney Store does the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc... the Disney shopping ones go 2, 4, 6, 8 etc...

I've noticed all the complaints about how big Disney Shopping cuts their clothing, I just don't want to make a mistake!!

The Pj pals specifically are best bought a size or TWO UP.... at least that's my experience.... The cuffs are tight on the wrists and ankles so the sleeves and legs stay up when they are two big. Then I get two years out of them!

BTW, the Pj pals at the Disney Store are the same exact ones as online now. (They weren't both owned by the same company for a while.) Both online and in stores are owned by the same company that owns the Children's Place. It was a gradual transition, but the transition is complete now. Disney owns none of them.

Disneyshopping.com is owned by Disney. DisneyStore.com and the brick and mortar stores are owned by Hoop. The online is interconnected on one site, but they are two different companies.

My understand was that while they two store are interconnected online, they both have merchandise manufacturered outside of each other. Thus the reason I was trying to get a better idea on the sizing of the Disney Shopping PJ Pals versus the Disney Store ones!

Thanks to all for replying... I am just about to place my order. I figure based on the experience everyone had yesterday, it's very possible I might not get half my stuff anyway
