I was at CSR and I called the front desk to ask if there was any other kinds of toilet paper than what they had. The MGR said no that all the paper around disney is the same. She was wrong! I went to the Yacht club and beach resort and found out from the house keeper the deluxe resort use angel soft TP (same kind I use at home) and the moderate and value resorts use a cheap bulk TP. So if you use a softer, thinker TP at home and you can't stand or can't use, like me, the cheap bulk. I would recommend going to a deluxe resort and asking one of the house keepers for a roll of wonderful angel soft TP and you will have a more enjoyable time at disney like I did during the dining promotion.

I sometimes bring my own from home, but I don't put it in the roll, they tend to change the roll to a full one.;)

You seriously made a trip to a different hotel to get TP???

I'd die of embarrasment.

More power to you. I've never given TP that much thought.

hmmmm, I've never noticed any difference in the toilet paper at POP, AllStarMusic, BCV, BWV, POR, Polynesian or the CR!!! It's all been pretty much the same.
Sorry but it's not a big concern of mine....certainly not enough of a concern that I would pay to stay at a deluxe rather than a value....I can buy a lot of TP with the money I save by staying at POP!

One of the things I enjoyed about staying at US. They had Cottonelle (the kind I use at home) sometimes its the little things that matter. As far as Disney, when I stayed at CR, WL, AKL, and Poly. It was all the cheap kind. I do bring my own from home, I put it on the roll, they have never taken it off. I don't think I'd ever go to a different hotel and ask for bathroom tissue.

You must be kidding! So when you go to parks and public places do you take a role with you then too? HAHA :rotfl: I have never heard of such a thing! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: This is definitely a first!

:lmao: This made me laugh. We went to Germany one year for two weeks & after using the hotel's toilet paper I wish I brought my own. It was so rough that when I got home I had to go to the doctor as I had a rash from the stuff. He asked if I was using a corn cob :rotfl: :rotfl:

I have to watch what TP I buy dh gets crazy about it. I tell I didn't know his rear was soo sensative..LOL I might pack some from hoewm so I don't have to listen to him complain

Tp is very important. Nothing worse than being chaffed by John Wayne TP.

(Rough and Tough and dosn't take s--- off anybody)

My in-laws use a different (and cheaper) brand of toilet paper than I do. We'll be staying with them over Christmas. I wonder if I should throw a couple of rolls of Scotts white 1000 in the car before we go?

Maybe this is a packing item that should be added to lists. Take your favorite shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper.

I don't want to make lightly of the situation because there are people who can only use certain paper products for one reason or another. But they are cautioned to carry their own.

I did notice the rough TP when we stayed at Sports. I will probably pack my own from home next time we go. The Disney stuff reminded me of college. :lmao:

I'm lucky I didn't lose my supper, this is to funny.

At least it wasn't Chuck Norris's TP!

:lmao: Vacation time spent traveling to get better TP? Some people clearly don't deserve a vacation!:lmao: Stay home and enjoy the potty there!:rotfl:

I never heard this one before....anyway to each their own...I stayed at both deluxes and mods, and never noticed a difference. Maybe there is :confused3 Oh well, a first for everything.

This topic is just too funny!!! We were actually at Disney in September and I don't think I probably would have noticed, but my Dad pointed this out when we were at the Wilderness Lodge for dinner one evening. I thought he was being silly, but then I started to take notice and found that all the deluxe resorts we visited, we did not visit any mods, had nicer TP than at the ASMu. No big deal, but it definitly is different!!!
