Disney reservations up and running?

Does anyone know when the reservation team for things like dining and cruises are up and running? I called this morning and they still said closed due to hurricane.

I am on hold for dining right now and they just said that due to the hurricane we may experience longer than normal wait times. I am in the office by my self today so I just have it on speaker phone enjoying the music !
