Disney Reservations and Sign-In Disabled?

I'm having some problems with the WDW reservation system for almost a day now! I cannot sign into my account or make any reservations for dining. I just get this page over and over again.

Is anyone else having this problem too? Its been hours and I can't get anything to work online!

I was able to get on and make a reservation.
This is the link I used:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/#/reservations-accepted
Before trying again, clear out your cache or try a different browser.

Mine is being temperamental with the "someone ate the page" picture but, if I play around on the website, I can still get in to check and make reservations.
