Disney reservation question

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how the payments work when you make a reservation online at disney.com. How much do they expect up front and how soon does your balance have to be paid in full?

I think if you book a room only you pay a deposit equal to one night and the balance at check in.

If you book a package, you pay $200 up front and the rest 45 days prior to arrival.
