Disney sent me new Magic Bands for my Annual Passes a few months back...and the discount cards had some other last name on them! I called them and they said they would send me a new one... I waited for 2 months and received nothing!
I called again today and they said they do not send out new discount cards. I told them that this was not my last name and it was their mistake, but they still refused to send me anything else. They told me I have to go to guest relations and have them print up old Annual Passes, so I can receive the discounts... When I called back, I received the exact same answer from the next Cast Member! They also told me that when I renew, I have to wait til I use my bands at the parks before I can customize new ones!!! My next trip is my honeymoon in February and this is extremely unacceptable. I'm going down just once, but for 10 days! So what is the use of new Magic Bands AFTER my trip??? I'm not a local! I do not need to be dealing with all these ridiculous problems on my honeymoon b/c THEY messed up!
I very rarely come on here to complain about WDW guest services...but I feel like this is something that can be SO SIMPLY resolved..and they have zero interest in treating their guests like....well, guests...
