We're passing through Orlando briefly, and we can spend ONE EVENING at Disney. I'm thinking about visiting Disney Quest. Is Saturday night a good time to go, or will it be busy? We'll be there in October, so the parks won't be open too late; however, I read that Disney Quest is open until midnight.

How much time is reasonable to spend at Disney Quest? We have two girls 9 and 12.

We have Premium Annual passes that include DQ. Saturdays are the usually the most crowded, especially at night. DQ also becomes very crowded when it is raining or cold or if there is a bus trip. We often go on a Saturday. The more crowded it is, the more time you will need to play the games. The Buzz Lightyear bumper cars are fun!!! My favorite is POTC. Also not to miss, Virtual Jungle cruise, Alien Encounter, Comix, Aladin, and if you have an iron cast stomach the virtual rollercoaster. A tip to save you time, as you get off the elevator at Ventureport, look for the sign that shows how long the waits are. Pick up a map there if you don't already have one. If POTC is 30 minutes or less, get in line. At night, the wait for that can be really long, and it is a don't miss game!!! If you have any questions send me a PM.

As for how much time to spend, that depends. I get tired of the place after 2 hours. My dh and ds can spend the whole day there. If it is not busy, you should be able to do most of the things in 3 to 5 hours. If busy, you'll need longer.
