DH and I were wanting to apply. When I go to the application it says the name on the Disney site (who registered) needs to match the name on the application. I was the one who registered (SAHM) and want my DH's name on the application as he works outside the home. Can I still just continue with application? His name is in MDE as we have the whole family there. Also, we would like to purchase APs with the card and then get the $200 statement credit. I assume that since our income is from one source (his job) we cannot both apply for seperate cards to each get the $200 credit?

Yes, you can both apply. My husband and I both have accounts with Chase. When I applied for myself, I included his income as the household income. However, I work part-time for our business and I am the co-owner. None of that appears on the application and I got immediate approval for my card.
