It depends what pin you are looking for, but I find alot of pins at Downtown Disney. You can find pins at every park and hotel giftshop.

One of my favorite places is in Epcot...it looks like a tent-thing I am not really sure what it is called but it's RIGHT when you walk in by the times board.
I also love dtd very large selection and nice pins.
