They are moving it, not far, to a cheaper rental space..the existing space is $2,000 per foot and the new place is only (HA HA) $1,000 per...read it this AM but I dont remember where.

I hope those spaces are built out of gold. No wonder we can't afford to buy anything in this country. How can any space rent for that per foot?

When Trump Tower opened in 81, 82? I worked in NYC and retail space on the first two or three floors at that time was 1000/square foot. That means the space of an elevator would be $100,000 per month!!!
