Even a gate can be pretty at WDW...

I think you need to have a certain number of posts to be able to post a pic. Hopefully someone with more knowledge also answers you.

Yes you are correct, that is Soarin'. I wish it wasn't there. Well, that came out wrong. It's not that I wish it wasn't there so to speak, I just wish it wasn't in such plain view of the Canada pavilion.

I am sorry but there is NO WAY that is Soarin'...:confused3

How could it possibly be there, anyway?

The Land pavilion is so far away :confused3

I was saving my Prince Charming pic for tomorrow but since you mentioned it I had to show my daughter meeting her prince...

Adorable photo! My DD thought he was her one and only. I guess this prince gets around! ;)

Good Morning everyone! I've been missing all my friends on the POTD thread. The photos keep getting more and more beautiful! :thumbsup2

Ok... just to clarify because there seems to be a lot of confusion, check out this aerial photo from microsoft live. The Soarin' show building is quite a distance from the Land Pavilion. The tunnel that connects the two buildings is a large chunk of the queue line. I was standing at the entrance to the dock for the transportation to Future World boats (which is in front of Germany).

Sorry....but YES...that IS Soarin'. If taken from across the WS, as another poster says, it would put the Soarin pavilion right behind Canada. It depends on the angle you're at. And actually...The Land isn't that far from Canada...seeing as Canada is on the edge of the WS. I actually remember seeing it from a similar angle on a previous trip and telling DH that is where Soarin' will be...:goodvibes

Thaks Joe, the aerial shot and Epcot map I was looking at didn't show the buildings in that layout. Makes perfect sense to me now. :thumbsup2

Okay....here ya go...

Well....it wouldn't let me put the link...dangit....okay. If you go to wdwmagic and search around for Soarin' you'll get a storyline/timeline with photos(read below)

There is a storyline here with dates and pictures. Scroll all the way down to the picture that's under "19 May 2004"...you'll see almost the exact same picture that is being questioned here. It's Soarin' BEHIND Canada.:thumbsup2
