I'm sorry but I don't see how it could be Soarin'. Soarin' is in the Land and Imagination is closer to Canada. I was just looking at a map and it lists something called World Showcase Events Pavillion. Could that be what it is.
I have wondered when someone was going to ask that question.

Here is a link to an aerial view of the Canada pavilion and behind it (sort of) you can see the Soarin' building. The building on the left that curves is the World Showcase Events Pavilion. You can also see the Imagination pavilion on the right.
