Thank you! Yes MGM near the Muppets 3D show. I believe there is a small shop with muppets stuff and this kermet is in front of it. Kermit is my DH's fave character.

On a low wall behind a bench to the left of the Hall of Presidents (as you're looking at HOP). We were there in April, and had just come out of Columbia Harbor House with 40 minutes until a 12:30 parade. We parked it and people watched. We ended up with fantastic pictures of the parade as it came straight towards us before turning to head towards the castle.
