Making the first trip to Disney in 17 years and have questions about the parking. We will be staying off site at the Fairfield Bonnet Creek resort a kind neighbor has donated a room to us for next to nothing. Problem is I hear the bus schedule to the parks is lousy. We've been contemplating the park hopper option but I am curious if you need to pay for parking each time you go or is it $9 for the day whether I leave or not. Will make a big difference in deciding on the park hopper option.

Thanks for your help,

Joe

No, you pay once a day. You'll be given a card to put on your dashboard; just show that to the entrance CM when you pull into any other park's lot that day (but do stop and get maps and schedules from them).

When we stay off-site and we plan to park hop, we always park in the park we will end the day in and use Disney transportation to go from park to park. Cuts down on travel time. Getting to your car can be a hassle some times, especially at MK.
