Yay! Glad your charms shipped. Mine shipped on Friday via regular UPS but didn't move from the "label created" status to "accepted by UPS" until Monday night. They are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. My second order was for a bracelet and that shipped on Monday via UPS "Mail Innovations" and the tracking is showing movement but no estimated delivery date yet (I think maybe that doesn't happen until it's transferred over to USPS). Hope you get yours by Friday!Got an email my two charms are shipped today!! Does anyone know if it'll come by Friday?? I leave for WDW at 6:00am Monday and am worried about them leaving the package outside in my apartment building lobby while I'm gone!!!
My charge keeps going on and off my account. It actually since has been credited twice not sure why. I called to check and make sure that I was indeed still getting my items yesterday and to tell the CM that my charge was not pending anymore just gone all together.
About 2 hrs after I hung up I get an email that said it had shipped and will be here tomorrow. That's when the second credit showed up but that has since been taken off. Still no charge for the items tho and nothing pending.
I will call again after I receive my items I just want them to get here.

Mine was originally pending up until yesterday. Now it's gone altogether now also. I suppose I will call also just to check. Perhaps it will help move it along? I haven't received any shipping notification, and my order status still just says "active." OMG![]()
I am unable to see the status of one of my orders (and it's the Spaceship Earth one with two other charms) because each time I use the order number and my info to view it online, I keep getting an error message telling me the information cannot be found. That doesn't happen with my other order, which is a WDW charm. I asked the DS for help and each time they've assured the order was still in processing and still there. I would feel so much better at least being able to view the order status activity screen. One of the customer service reps told me that it was a browser issue and that I should use Chrome. Well, that's the only browser I do use and still can't view the order.
hmm, I log into my account on disneystore.com, then click order history, then i just select "list all orders" ...then I can see both current orders. The order number is a clickable link that takes me to the page where is shows the status. Is that what you are already doing, and it still gives the error? I hate that!! It would annoy me!
I did make the call to check, she was very nice... Said my order is in shipping processing and I should get the email soon. She said since the order date of March 12th, its only been 4 business days, not quite the 7-9 ..which makes sense now that I think about![]()

Your bracelet is lovely! I'd like to see some other bracelets, too, especially when the new charms come in.
I would think all the stores would allow a pre-order for the free bracelet promotion but it may be a good idea to give your local one a call to see because I think they are independently owned and each store may have their own rules (general details about the promo http://www.charmsaddict.com/2015/02/pandora-us-march-2015-bracelet-promo/ ).
