What are some of the things that you need that you shoulda, coulda, woulda packed had you known or remembered?
I know I am not prepared. help!!!! Thank you in advance to those FABULOUS DISERS!!!!:lovestruc

I don't know that I've ever not had something I needed, but here are some of the items we bring (and no, we do not carry all of this with us every day):
camera
extra memory cards
extra batteries
anti-bacterial hand gel
wet-naps/baby wipes
rain ponchos
zip-lock baggies
plastic bags (like from grocery store/Target for trash or wet clothes)
big sunscreen & a small sunscreen to carry to parks
moleskin (you never know when a blister will pop up)
band-aids & neosporin
hats
flip flops for pool
tissues
cell phone & charger
emergency phone numbers
disposable cameras for the kids
water-proof disposable cameras
an extra tote/bag to bring in suitcase for if we do too much shopping and/or our dirty clothes take up much more space on the way home than the clean ones did (I have a great one from Lands End that zips into itself and becomes about 6"x4"x1" to toss into suitcase but opens to be about 24"x12"x12")

Have a great trip!! :)

I haven't seen them at home, but I bought one on our 3rd day in Disney last year (I bought mine in Hollywood Studios but they're everywhere). It's a card holder that I used for the rest of the trip for our park passes etc and attached our car keys to as well. I also stuck a note in there to remind us where our parking space was. Since we were staying in Disney we didn't need any cash or credit cards (we just kept topping up our Key to the World lol), so this replaced my wallet. I passed on the lanyard and threw the whole thing in my backpack.

some dish soap to clean out the resort mugs...if you will be using the resort mugs

I would also bring: if you have a stroller - a large piece of clear plastic to cover the entire thing or a stroller cover for the rain, extra shoes for the rain, laundry soap, depending on the time of year - OFF!, aloe, and reusable water bottles.

oh, plastic bag ziploc bags. they are great for dirty clothes or if you have to pack something wet. They are also great to keep your autograph book dry.

I read a list once that included Duct Tape...when we were still in the air and DS started asking if we were at Disney yet I realized why the Duct Tape :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

My MUST HAVES are

Mole skin and a small pair of scissors
Immodium AD just in case
Chewable Motrin for the kids
small bottle of Advil
Small notebook and pen
Cheap rain ponchos from Wal Mart(We always buy the Mickey Ones if it rains but the cheap ones are great for Splash Mountain and Kali if you don't want to get soaked)

A charger for your camera and video camera.
Bandaids for blisters.
Basic medications such as Tylenol, pepto bismol, etc.
Phone number of your GP and pediatrician at home, should you need it.
A Backpack to bring drinks/ jackets/ ponchos, etc. into the park.

Have a great trip!

A sharpie (marker). I threw one in and used it to label all my ziploc bags and a zillion other things.
The other thing I did, which sounds like overkill, is I made signs for each day and stuck them in a page protector. So, I had "Disney Day 1", etc and each morning before we left I had my kids pose with the sign.
I'm not sure it's an essential, but it was peace of mind if they got lost (you know what they were wearing) and it was super helpful when I was organizing pictures.

:cheer2: I completely agree with this... I bought this little wallet thing there that had a key ring attached then I bought this keychain charm thing that had an easy open clasp... I would attach the wallet thing to my belt loop with the keychain charm thing... I am a scatter brain  sometimes and worried about misplacing my room keys so I felt better I could attach it to my belt loop then stick the wallet in my pocket... so just in case the wallet fell out of my pocket it still was attached to my belt loop!!!! Made me feel better and will be taken back with me on EVERY future trip!!!

The only thing I did not pack that I wish I would have was clothes pins for the line in the bathroom to hang our wet clothes/swimsuits on they would have dried better.. :laundy: (we stayed at POP but I am guessing all resorts have these pull-out clothes lines)
