After opening up all the Disney presents then watching the Disney parade, I thought we'd change things up a bit and go see Disney on Ice, Princess Classics this afternoon.
The show was extremely well done, and I'd highly recommend it. Typical "on ice" stuff, but the production, costumes and scenery was fantastic.
My one twin daughter Jessica, a huge Cinderella fan, was upset during the first half, as her favourite wasn't part of the first act. After the intermission however, 90% of the show was Cinderella, so she was a happy camper.
The only word of warning I'd say is be prepared for overpriced souvenirs, but anyone with kids should expect that from a show like this. That and the over zealous security (***, its a Disney show on Christmas day, your not protecting Air Force One here) were the only bad points to an otherwise fantastic show.
If your thinking of splurging for the VIP tickets, Id say go for it. We had 2nd row ice side and it was well worth it.
