Bummer - I was at THE SHORE and I missed Miss Cammie's anniversary and her departure for "Home"!!!

So here is a belated HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Miss Cammie & Jay. Sounds like you had a wonderful celebration!

I am hoping that you are enjoying AKL. We stayed there for the first time this past May (for OUR anniversary - such a great way to celebrate!) and it is now my fave resort! I am sending you lots of vibes for good weather, short lines, magical memories, and NO RULE BREAKERS!!!! Looking forward to hearing all about it when you get back!!!

And PS - Looking forward to (hopefully) welcoming you into the DVC fold soon!!!!

Ok only made it to page 13 and need to catch up on the rest. I see that you're already back...I'm late fore everything so that doesn't surprise me at all! I loved your last TR. Cannot wait to hear about this trip!

Side note - I'm surprising my family too on our trip in a couple of weeks. Another dis'er (BetsyinFL) Betsy is doing my baskets from memories by besty . com. Check out my PTR for a picture-I cannot wait to see them in person. She also did a basket for the "Big Give" from the disbotiquers and creative DISign peeps. There's a picture of that basket on the creative DISigns board for sure.

Another side note - I made an ADR at GFC just because of the cake thread on the restraunt board! How sick is that!! Since it is my birthday trip and all, and I think I would just love one of those cute little castle cakes, we just had to eat there....just please don't tell DH. He doesn't need to know all my secrets!

And finally, now that I've been living in the "south" for about 6 months, I feel like I'm becoming one of you! I've always been a manners freak and now it's not such a fight because others are demanding manners too! Although my DS4 got laughed at terribly by DH's family when we went back to MI to visit last week with his accent

HA HA. I did that exact same thing (except Narcoossees) last year for my own birthday. I LOVED it. DH Didn't know how I got that cute little castle cake!!! Hey...if nobody will do it for you, do it for yourself!

Hey all!!!

yes we made it home safely! Despite the direst predictions of never ending rain, we had FANTASTIC weather. It was sunny every single day...and HOT!

I'm loading the nearly 1500 pictures on to my photobucket account as I type this! (i was a little picture happy this trip!) We had some wonderful surprises and moments of pixie dust of the highest order! (HI TRACY!!! )

I'll be getting started on my trip report ASAP! So much unpacking to do! The dog was slightly traumatized by our departure...he was so happy when we returned this morning that he left little puddles of joy everywhere...that Jay discovered with his socks...that his feet were occupying!





Jay was NOT happy! Poor little puppy was flat out BESIDE himself. He's now happily ensconced upon mommy's lap with his heavy head on my hand, making typing a bit of a trick to perform!
