I agree Eisner did great things until the end of his career. Iger came in and fixed all of those things that happened in the end of Eisner. Just look at the things Iger has done, bought Pixar, marvel, Star Wars, DCA 2.0, Frozen, NFL, Avatar, etc. just think Iger was originally a weatherman.
Eisner did some very good things for the company during his early years. After doing a lot of research into his past this is what you get. This makes up the biggest stuff so some stuff may be missing.
Star Tours - A great idea and has proven to still be popular.
Indiana Jones Temple of the Forbidden Eye - Once again another great job that Eisner was behind.
Splash Mountain - The
Disneyland version is crap but the one in Walt Disney World is great so another win for Eisner.
Big Thunder Mountain - Another great win for Eisner
Euro Disneyland - The Magic Kingdom is hands down one of the prettiest Magic Kingdoms in the world.
Disney's California Adventure 1.0 - I don't really have to say anything about this. The park was a failure hands down. The couple of good rides were hidden behind tacky themeing and an overall cheap atmosphere. A true shame to Eisner.
Walt Disney Studios Paris - um I am not even going to go there.
Animal Kingdom - A good one done by Eisner.
Hester and Chesters Dino Rama - Yea the story behind the area is fine but the area itself is cheap and tacky looking. While the theme itself makes sense the carnival style rides in Disney World do not.
New Tomorrowland - Both good and bad. The Disneyland version sucks and still sucks today. A cheap way to change the theme so you don't have to spend money later to keep it looking futuristic.
Innoventions Disneyland - Another great failure of Eisner.
Innoventions at Epcot - A complete failure and a slap in the face of the original Communicore. Made it even worse in the late 90's when guest complained.
Ellen's Energy Adventure - The ride itself is fine minus they toned down the special effects and removed the cool design on the outside. The real problem was he opened the old ride when the new effects due to delays in the ride. Very bad on his part.
Mission:Space - The ride itself is cool but there were other places to build a pavilion and he knew it. He simply didn't see a reason to have to constantly update Horizons.
Test Track - The ride and idea is fun but the theme and style didn't fit the future theme of Epcot.
Living with the Land - This he did good on.
Food Rocks - Another good one.
The new Land pavilion - Overall I think he did fine with it. I personally thought the painted mural on the roof was better but the blue looked good too.
Circle of Life - Sad since it was just his way to add Disney characters to Epcot.
Sorian - I personally think this was a good choice since the ride is cool and fits pretty well with the land theme.
Journey Into YOUR Imagination - Don't have to say anything.
Journey Into Imagination - Again don't have to say anything.
Leave a Legacy Program - The idea is cool but it came with removing the green landscape in front of Epcot to add some giant stone slabs.
Then you have the removal of all that beautiful green in Future Worlds hub.
Norway- Good job Eisner.
Morocco - Good job.
New Tomorrowland Disneyworld - A half butt attempt at giving the land a new look. The one area is highly themed while the backside is barely themed at all.
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor - Whatever
Anyway so as you can see this is just a few of the things that took place under the reign of Eisner. While most of the good things happened at the beginning of his reign the worst took place in the latter.
