This event is wonderful. I went last year and it was the best thing I did all holiday season. Making a trip back down in early December to go again (Disney, too). It's amazing and supporting a great cause!
We’ve been considering going but can’t decide how our 18 month old will do there. It looks really fun and I love that it’s for a good cause

He or she would love it!!! It is really magical and special. There are lights everywhere, it's amazing. And it looks like an even better event this year with less covid restrictions. I would highly recommend going, I can't wait!

Are the ones that say available Nov 25 going to only be available on Thanksgiving or so we think they will at least last through the weekend? That Thanksgiving bowl from Satuli sounds awesome but I don’t get there until Saturday.

That's usually what happens. There are several items that are only available on the actual holiday :(

Will be installing a second stomach before my December trip...

Gotta start hollowing out my leg.

As someone else said, they would probably love it. I would bring the stroller, because there is a lot of walking. They have the cottages and pretty much everything decorated. People volunteer to do specific cottages, but they get a lot of help/money from Disney. There is some amazing stuff. It was really beautiful. Does he/she like to look at shiny things? It's 2 hours, or less, of looking at shiny lights at your own pace. Some places are Disney themed; others are not.

Oh, it's PERFECT for that age. We went last year with our 14 month old and it was a true highlight. The parks were HARD for us at that age (and still some now, too) because he wants to walk, explore, and wander. Things he doesn't like: being constrained, being held, waiting in lines.

The lights were 100% self led, with tons of space to walk/explore with no cars around, and no schedule. Last year we could also ride the carousel, which he loved. We brought the stroller but he primarily wanted to walk and look at all the lights.

We are definitely going again this year!

He loves to look at lights but I’m worried he’ll want to run around because he doesn’t like sitting still in the stroller. I don’t want him getting in the way of other people.

There are a ton of kids around. The pathways are wide, and there are streets that are pretty wide too. It's all pedestrian though. i wouldn't have had any issue taking a child that young. Running around should be fine. There are only a few places that were a little congested in the center amenity area.

He’s the same way! He wants to wander and run around. There’s no way he’ll stay in a stroller. I saw this year some of it isn’t walkable though and you have to take a tram. He probably won’t want to sit still on that. Dh and I will have to talk it over. I know it’s for a good cause but it’s still kind of expensive
