$5 Million Lawsuit Claims Disneyland Falsely Advertised Magic Key Passes

According to the $5 million suit on behalf of all passholders, Nielsen claims that Disneyland had falsely advertised their Magic Key passes, stating that Disney had relegated Magic Key Holders “to ‘second class’ ticket holders by artificially limiting Magic Key reservations and the number of passholders that can visit on any given day.”
Most lawsuits against Disney that I see, I consider frivilous. This one actually looks like it has a good chance of succeeding-- I wonder if in a couple of months Disney will try to quietly settle this with a non disclosure clause.

I just receive an email about my upcoming trip:

To celebrate the holiday season, from Sunday, December 19, 2021 through Monday, January 3, 2022, the early theme park entry benefit for Disney Resort hotel Guests will be extended from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. That’s more time to jump-start your Disney day!

Woot!

Got my hopes up for a second that it was a permanent change but only temporary 😞

Wonder why they are doing this. For such a busy time of year you'd think they want to try to get more money out of this.
