Most lawsuits against Disney that I see, I consider frivilous. This one actually looks like it has a good chance of succeeding-- I wonder if in a couple of months Disney will try to quietly settle this with a non disclosure clause.$5 Million Lawsuit Claims Disneyland Falsely Advertised Magic Key Passes
According to the $5 million suit on behalf of all passholders, Nielsen claims that Disneyland had falsely advertised their Magic Key passes, stating that Disney had relegated Magic Key Holders “to ‘second class’ ticket holders by artificially limiting Magic Key reservations and the number of passholders that can visit on any given day.”
Got my hopes up for a second that it was a permanent change but only temporaryNEW: From Dec. 19 - Jan. 3, Walt Disney World is moving four Individual Lightning Lane attractions to Genie+.
Space Mountain (MK), Frozen Ever After (EPCOT), Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway (DHS), and Everest (AK) Lightning Lane will be included in Genie+.
