Just read on Facebook that they just did the entire Star Wars fireworks show at Hollywood Studios!
That is awesome! It was the full show from the Galactic Spectacular at Hollywood Studios. I just watched it on a LiveStream on YouTube, someone caught the whole show from Epcot!
I know, right!?!? Some of these parks are not available until mid to late July the link says. That's nuts. Starting to dislike the idea of a permanent park reservation system once capacity issues are over. Takes out any spontaneity whatsoever. All of us with June trips sitting here like....![]()

Just wish with increased capacity they'd open up a show or two (or seven....lol). A few restaurants would be great too!
Is it too early to dance?!?!![]()
I watched the video; the vlogger did say Hollywood Studios, but I checked and she was facing the absolute wrong direction. She was definitely facing the Marriott, not HS. I even checked Google Maps to verify, and sadly, it was Marriott. That is awesome!
Did this really happen at HS or was it actually Marriot?
I really miss the Starwars Symphony fireworks they had right before the new show with projections started. The pyrotechnic and soundtrack were insane. For a minute I thought that had come back, which could make sense since can be enjoyed from all around the park to help space people out.

We tried the new Cape May breakfast this morning (meh.) + hit Epcot for a couple hours. We always visit Epcot on Memorial Day, as it's typically the least smushed feeling pre-Covid, so we kept with tradition. Crowds were quite low in comparison to previous years IMO. Weather could not have been more perfect this morning. We left around 12:30.
Frozen still had distance markers in lines + the awful plastic on the boats. Thankfully we hit it early so you could still see through the plastic but I imagine after a few hours, you just see fingerprints and water spots.
Figment also still had line markers but were seating separate parties in one vehicle. This was new; a couple weeks ago, we still had our own and today we were seated in the backrow with another party in front of us.
Just meh for breakfast?! That’s disappointingThanks for the updates!
Did not look too busy in most of the photos. It looks like it would be much busier since all the park reservations are full.
I was in mk all day and the crowds really weren’t too bad. We did rope drop and got on everything we wanted and were done within a few hours. We went back over later in the day and while it was a little busier, it was nothing crazy. I actually felt the crowds were much better then when I was here at the end of March. I leave tomorrow and head back down the end of June into Fourth of July. We shall see what summer crowds look like. Hopefully some more restaurants will open by then!Did not look too busy in most of the photos. It looks like it would be much busier since all the park reservations are full.
We ate there on Saturday and really enjoyed it as well! We’re going to go back in JulyDifferent strokes for different folks. Took my Pop to Cape May last week (we’re local). I should preface this by saying 2-3 months ago he practically stopped eating anything (he’s 89). After we got home from Cape May, he asked if we could go once a week. He not only cleaned his plate, but went back for seconds and thirds. So we will be going once a week for the near future. I guess everyone has different tastes.

We ate there yesterday morning. I would concur with the “meh” assessment. We tried the new Cape May breakfast this morning (meh.) + hit Epcot for a couple hours.
