D23 Offering Gold Members Complimentary Disney Movie Ticket, Including Marvel, Fox, and More​

D23 Gold Members can get a complimentary movie ticket to the Disney movie of their choice this year.

Members will need to redeem their code by December 31, 2022.
Eligible movies include “Lightyear,” hitting theaters on June 17, and “Thor: Love and Thunder,” releasing on July 8.

It’s Getting Easier to Secure a Boarding Group for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

While the 7am distribution time still remains immensely competitive, there is a near certainty that you’ll be able to get a Boarding Group at the 1pm distribution time.

Over the past week, the 1pm distribution window has stayed open longer (just about) every day. This stands in contrast to the 7am window, which still is open for less than 5 seconds. As a matter of fact, the 1pm distribution window has been open for more than 15 minutes four out of the last five days. Today, the 1pm distribution window was open for more than 30 minutes. This means that if you’re paying attention, you’re essentially guaranteed to get a Boarding Group at the 1pm distribution time.

Now, the only caveat is that for the 1pm distribution time you must have already entered EPCOT. You don’t necessarily need to be in the park at 1pm, but you must have already entered the theme park at some point before 1pm to be eligible for the 1pm distribution time.

On May 18, 500 young patients and their families were invited for an unforgettable day at Disneyland Paris, accompanied by special guests including French First Lady Brigitte Macron, who is President of the Fondation des Hôpitaux and Didier Deschamps, current French national soccer team manager and sponsor of Pièces Jaunes.

The young guests were able to enjoy the day at Disneyland Paris and see first-hand the 30th anniversary festivities. It was a welcome day of magic and escape and an exciting collaboration between Disneyland Paris and Pièces Jaunes.

Disneyland Resort Hosting Paid Focus Groups for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Immersive Hotel​

Some guests who previously stayed at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser and completed a survey are receiving invitations to a paid focus group about the hotel for Disneyland Resort.

The email is titled “Invitation to participate in research for Disneyland Resort.” Invited guests will need to complete a 5-minute survey by email before being selected to participate in the focus group. The 5-minute survey was only about Walt Disney World, although the email title referenced Disneyland Resort.

Half of Alien Swirling Saucers Closed for Refurbishment at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios can expect some longer than normal wait times for Alien Swirling Saucers in Toy Story Land as half of the attraction is closed for refurbishment. The refurbishment isn’t listed on Disney’s calendar because the attraction remains open thanks to the fact that there are twin attraction platforms and the other remains operating. The refurbishment is similar to what’s happening at Tower of Terror with that attraction also operating at half capacity, but remaining open to guests.

Here’s a look at the refurbishment, which appears to include a hoist crane, likely for the removal of ride vehicles. Ride vehicles were not visible from our vantage point. Cast Members were not sure how long the refurbishment would last.

6 Special Olympics Delegates from Haiti Go Missing From ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World​

Six delegates from Haiti participating in the Special Olympics, which are being hosted at Walt Disney World currently, have gone missing according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

Central Florida news station WFTV9 reports that the six individuals turned in their room keys, but left behind their luggage before they disappeared. They were last seen at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 6.

Hey guys! Since I’m wide awake at 4:30 am, I thought it was the perfect time to give you a heads up that summer is here for me, and if you remember last year, it is a very busy time for me. I should still be able to post the daily news, at times may be a tad bit slower, however dances will be hard for me since I’m going to be traveling a lot.
