Lightning Lane Sign Removed from Mickey and Minnie Meet and Greet in Animal Kingdom​

The still-closed Adventurers Outpost Mickey and Minnie Meet and Greet has seen its Lightning Lane sign removed. Here’s a look back at the sign, followed by photos of its removal.

That makes way more sense than my thought. In my defense, I've only seen the first Incredibles movie and it was back when it was originally in theaters .

My first thought on reading was haunted mansion but after reading about the incredibles theming at contemporary now I’m leaning frozone as well

So 9 of us did the AP Guardians Preview at 1215 today. Basically a walk on and a very nice addition. Kinda sad they wouldn't allow additional riders as we noticed hardly anybody walking into the line.

DVC line was crazy long yesterday though.

Disney Cruise Line Trip Cancellation Coverage Increasing to $20,000 Per Person​

Beginning today, the Medical and Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption coverage included with a Vacation Protection Plan for Disney Cruise Line will go up from $10,000 per person to $20,000 per person.
This means the maximum premium a guest may be charged for Vacation Protection Plans will go up. The cost of a Vacation Protection Plan will start at 8% of the Voyage Fare per guest. The minimum charge of $35 per guest will remain the same. The maximum will go up from $800 to $1,600. This is based on the Insurance Effective Date, which is the date the Vacation Protection Plan is paid in full.

New Mickey and Friends Bubble Waffle Sundaes Debut at Marketplace Snacks at Disney Springs​

Marketplace Snacks is getting a bit of a foodie revamp with some delicious items at Disney Springs. Starting today, Mickey and Friends Bubble Waffle Sundaes will be available at this location!

Mickey Waffle Sundae: vanilla soft-serve, hot fudge, cookie crumbles, and white chocolate crisp pearls.


Minnie Waffle Sundae: vanilla soft-serve, strawberry topping, sliced strawberries, and white chocolate crisp pearls.


Donald’s Waffle Sundae: vanilla soft-serve, lemon curd, and blueberries.


Goofy’s Peanut Waffle Sundae: vanilla and chocolate soft-serve with hot fudge, peanuts, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, M&M’s Minis, and a cherry on top while.


Pluto’s Waffle Sundae: chocolate soft-serve, chocolate-covered pretzels, peanut butter sauce, and milk chocolate crisp pearls.

Are these bubble sundaes something new, I've never heard of them before. I did not know what I was missing from my life!

We loved that episode. A lesson in learning to really listen so you understand what someone else is saying. We need more of that these days.
