Maybe ... just maybe this will all be tied into Hulu getting rolled into D+ by the end of 2022

It’s still 120 minutes after official park opening, or whenever you go through the lightning lane tap stiles. Whichever comes first.

It never did if you are speaking of ETPE times and their fluctuation. It is based upon regular park opening for everyone. If the latter is your question, then--yes--it correlates with the opening time of the park in which you are booking your first LL, at least that is my understanding of this convoluted mess called Genie +.

Yes! Yesterday we got our first EPCOT at 7am from our room. Went back to sleep. Park opened at 8:30 to everyone and we got one at 10:30 before heading into the park.

Guests staying at one of the resorts facing the Seven Seas Lagoon or Bay Lake should be aware that, as part of an after-hours special event (the Stein / Rollins 'After Party' Celebration), pyrotechnic effects may be used overnight on Sunday, March 6, 2022.

Fireworks Timing (subject to change due to weather-related concerns and/or operational needs):

• 12:15 a.m. (approximately) – 1st pyro moment
• 1:00 a.m. (approximately) – 2nd pyro moment
• 2:00 a.m. (approximately) – 3rd pyro moment

While this sounds like a lower priced option ... I've got a feeling this means they will raise the current add free option by $1-2. Many of the streaming services are moving to the ad supported options which just ultimately translates to higher ad revenue for the company along with more profit due to raising prices as well. They'll couple the ad supported launch as an attractive 'lower-priced' option to the increased price of the add-free.

Maybe ... just maybe this will all be tied into Hulu getting rolled into D+ by the end of 2022

EDIT: To add that Disney's new R rated 'Predator' film (just seems strange typing that out) is supposed to premier on D+ globally later this year while on Hulu in the US ... maybe we'll see a D+ premier in the US as well?

Up the regular price again and then offer with ads for $20 cheaper than current price is my guess on how things will shake out. I had a hard time paying the yearly $79.99 this year, $10 more than last, will probably cut it around renewal time. We game with 2 switches + steam library, we don't really watch TV.
