Disney Movies Anywhere Account & Itunes

Hello-

I'm trying to get to my movies on the Disney Movies Anywhere app (we redeemed a bunch of codes a while ago that came with movies we purchased). When I click on the app, I am prompted to sign in and connect my account. I try to connect my account via iTunes and it says that there is already an Disney Movies Anywhere account that is connected to my iTunes account. I cannot figure out where to find what DMA account is already associated with my iTunes. Does anyone know where to get this info??? I've tried every email address that I have used and nothing.

We've had so many problems with this. Then only thing that worked for us was calling the Disney Movies people. They should be able to talk you through unassigning the account connected to your iTunes account and then connecting the right one. Good luck.

Yes, just call. I had the same problem and they were so helpful. I just joined last month.
