Disney Movie Rewards/Meet the Robinsons question

hey all, i bought meet the robinsons from wal*mart a while back and it had a code on the outside of the box for 50 DMR points. i think it was a multi-use code but i can't find my sticker that had the code on it. i was wondering if anyone knew what that code was and if it actually was multi-use? my mother only needs 50 more points to get her inferno and she and i would both appreciate the help! thanks!

Im pretty sure it was not multiuse. Someone will need to correct me, if i am wrong.
