I made a reservation back in August for a WDW vacation December 9-16, AKL, MYW base + dining. I called back a few weeks later after a new Visa Card discount came out to apply that discount to my package. I was given a new price which was $377 less than the original quote. When I went to pay the balance this week, I realized the discount had not been applied. When I called reservations they would not honor the discount code that the cast member told me was applied back in August.
Now, not only did I not receive the discount. I have missed out on all the other discounts for the year. I'm really upset. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do????

We had already paid the deposit but it didn't matter. We had to Fax over a copy of our original confirmation slip for them to give us our original reservation back. It was a bit of a PIA. But it all worked out in the end and they gave us $50 in disney dollars for our trouble.
