Disney ME ? about luggage

Hi all,

We will only have carry on bags, no checked luggage. I am very concerned after reading all of the horrible reviews and seriously thinking of just getting a towncar service instead. I have a few questions and I leave in 9 days...

*Will they allow us to bring out carry on bags with us on the ME? Or will that have to go on another bus?

*We are arriving on a Wednesday at 4:30 in the afternoon. How bad is the service on weekdays in the middle of the day. My guess is if they are not sending the right amount of busses during peak times, they are probably doing even worse during non peak times...

*Animal Kingdom Lodge? Should I expect I won't get there until around 7:30, 8:00 pm? We booked this flight becuase we'd hoped to have more time there as this is the last WDW trip we'll be taking for a while.

*Are there any reports of people missing flights?

I willl guess you will get to the resort around 6:30, if your plane starts disembarking at 4:30.

For flying the general rule is one carry on and one personal item. Although ME reserves the right to require that bags be checked, they must realized that valuables should not be checked and therefore I would expect you can have one carry on and one personal item under the ME bus.

One source says that the buses will run every half hour, or more often during busy periods. This suggests that off peak should have fewer problems.
