Disney land AU?

I am from Sydney, Australia
So when are we going to get a real proper Disney land in Australia? I mean the real one not just the theme parks?

This discussion pops up every now and then, and while I'd love one, I can't see it being feasible.

It would need to be somewhere that's warm all year round, so somewhere like WA, and the population of Australia is probably too small to warrant one
