Over a month ago I tried to purchase tickets online for Disney's Very Merriest After Hours. I tried to have the payment processed three times but, since the Disney page is super glitchy, it never went through. So then I made the reservation over the phone and it worked successfully.
Today I saw that Disney has put a hold on my credit card ever since mid November and it seems it is blocking the same amount I would have payed, had I purchased three additional After Hours bookings. The money hasn't been withdrawn yet, but it is blocked. Disney themselves are telling me that they cannot "unblock" any payments manually and that putting a hold on credit cards will be is only for a short time. Now, it has been a month, this cannot be right.
Does anyone relate to this or has had a similar experience or can give some advice?
