Disney just called me

Disney just called me. When I answered the phone the lady identified herself as calling from Disney. I screamed inside myself thinking that maybe I had won something! Nope! Last week I had sent an email telling them how much my boys had missed the bedtime stories on tv and a few thoughts about other things about our recent trip and she was calling to thank me for my thoughts. She said they really do read the letters and emails and use the information. I was impressed and it made my day to hear from my favorite place in the world!!

Impressive! Nice to see that those emails we send with good intentions do end up read and not lost out there in cyberspace somewhere! Nice Job!

DH sent them some comments when back when they changed the kids menus and we got a call from Disney about it too. I was impressed they cared enough to call and let us know they read his email. Pretty cool.

What was the email addess you wrote to? It would be nice to know and have on hand if they are as tentitive as they sound to be... We are going to WDW next winter, i may have to send my 2 cents worth...
