I ordered mine last Thursday and I still haven't gotten any email saying they shipped it Just the reciept for the purchase. Did you all get shipping confirmations??

Don't know if visible, the Deluxe Everyday Bag has 2 zippered sections on top, the one in front has expandable depth the excess material is hidden within a zipper that goes around the sides and bottom. This is my first time owning one at first I was meh now I actually like it for how it remains compact when it packs a punch! There is a smaller zipped section on the rear.

Their websales system is soooooo primitive! Like you said inability to track shipment, 2 day wait to start shipping, and I just returned the tote and had to handwrite a form, suck up returns shiping of $12+ by insured parcel post. Probably will never shop there again /grumbles

Yesterday I got the shipping confirmation for an order placed on Friday. Shipping confirmations are titled "UPS Quantum View" with no mention of Lesportsac anywhere. If they are not in the spam folder give their customer service a call, they don't work weekends.

I dont think I ever got a shipping confirmation without asking for it. I paid to upgrade to 2 day delivery ( wanted to make sure that it arrived in time for my trip). Received my bag on time and absolutely love it!! Le Sportsac is a great, light, durable bag. I've had numerous bags of there's throughout the years. They were even popular in the 70's!!! ( I think they were all solid colors then ).

Is that from the Mickeydoki series? If so I think very rare since Lesportsac sued it for copyright infringement and Disney had to recall every product

It's funny you should mention Mickeydoki, because once I discovered its existence (around 2009), I became obsessed with owning one. I've since tracked down two of the handbags and one wallet...and have yet to use any of them!

Anyway, back to the Mickey print bag in the picture...it's my understanding that this style was sold in the parks around 2006-2007. It wouldn't surprise me if this style of bag was also under scrutiny from LeSportsac, because it's identical to the Everyday bag. I bought it from someone on Ebay who marketed it as Cast Member Everyday Bag.

I like the style of the Harvey's bags, but when I saw them in person, they just seemed a little too heavy, even when empty. Not a good fit for someone like me who carries everything but the kitchen sink in her bag!

I never got a shipping receipt for the order I placed on the 22nd. I called to get the UPS number and am expecting it to arrive today.

I did get the quantum view shipping notice from UPS for the order that I placed last Friday, but because of the Monday holiday they did not ship until Wednesday! That package won't be here until the 6th.

I got my Tahitian Dreams small Cleo crossbody yesterday and I loooove it! I'm wondering now why I never bought le Sportsac before, LOL. It's actually quite a bit bigger than I was expecting it to be. I'll be able to get my wallet, sunglasses, sunscreen, and several other things in it. I would take some pictures but I have my camera packed already. I'm sure I'll have some pics to share when we get back from our trip.

ugh, I finally decided on the print i wanted ( still going with the tahitian one, despite everyone saying they liked the other better) and now i realized I can't afford it... Darn grad school! This is why i can't have nice things haha maybe i'll buy it as a graduation present for myself...

so I know you guys are good at this, what are the pros and cons, other than its cute and I def want one!

Well I got my Hobo bag yesterday and while I love the size of the bag and the design, I am really not sure about the length of the strap. Like I had said in an earlier post - I tried them on at Lord and Taylor and thought the strap was just a little too short but hoped I would like it when it arrived. I am now thinking of returning it for the Everyday Bag - which is a little too large for me but I like the strap length better. I also like that the front pocket is two zippered pockets. On the Hobo it is one zippered pocket. I think I would like the two better as I could put my phone in one and glasses in the other rather then them being in one pocket.

I think I will order the second bag and look at them both together and return the one I am not happy with. I was hoping to use my new bag tomorrow but I guess I will wait until I am sure which one I want.

You can work part time to get one hehehe. I would say the pros are lightweight, machine washable (although most stains can be wiped away), tough, rugged and resilient material lasts years of regular use, high quality water-resistant materials, and an affordable designer brand of casual bags. I'd think it would compete with Kipling, but unlike Kipling it has a clean look, more attractive and tasteful prints.

Cons would be they are very casual not suited for smart casual business meetings, low resale value unless the prints are popular art e.g. tokidoki, Fifi Lapin, Gwen Stefani, and Stella McCartney. Bags from these collections fetch higher than original price even when used. I suspect IASW might follow in the footsteps of these collections, although it did not explicitly say if Mary Blair designed them (rather designs were inspirations from her work), because they are produced in limited numbers before retiring they will get rare and more people will be clambering for retired prints as the fan base grows.

Just got my Cleo!! Literally opened the UPS package at my desk and then got on the dis. It's a little wider than I expected. I also wish it had a cell phone pocket. It's cute though! I think it will work for my park bag and I have a few months to get used to it.

I finally caved and ordered myself a Cleo in Tahitian print. I totally needed a new park bag anyway. If I still want a bigger bag next payday I will order the hobo so I don't need to haul DD's diaper bag with us through the parks.

I do have a part time job, just had my hours cut though but thanks for this! It's really helping me think if I really need it or not!

Yes - thoroughly UNimpressed with LeSportsac customer service and website.

I placed an order on Monday, when they were closed.
Never received an email confirmation of my order, so on Wednesday I emailed customer service and this was their reply:

"Thank you for your LeSportsac inquiry! Please see below your LeSportsac Confirmation, normally orders take 1-2 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask!"

So I received my order confirmation only because I asked for it, and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.
For such a well-established company that has been around for a long time, you would think they would have a better system in place for online orders.

I placed my order the day they were released (22nd?) and received it today. I never received shipping confirmation, just the email confirmation after I ordered it. I ordered the Deluxe Everyday bag. I did take some pictures:

I thought it would come in a box, but it was just in a bag

here it is out of the plastic

there are 4 pockets total. One on the front, one on the back and then 2 center ones but they are 2 separate pockets themselves. One of the center pockets has another small zip pocket on the inside

I tried to take a picture of myself, but man, I had a hard time! I'm 5'9 and the strap is about 75% extended.

I love it and can't wait to use it!!!
