I ordered mine last Friday morning but chose 2-day air and I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet, just the order confirmation. I'm really hoping they get it shipped out today because I'm leaving on Friday and I really wanted it before I left for vacation.

Hopefully they shipped it out on Friday, but if it goes out today you should still be ok. I wonder if they have all the styles in stock? I read their shipping policies page and it says that they will contact you if they don't have your item in stock. There does not seem to be anywhere to check order status on there though.

That's good news for you!! Hopefully that means that my bag is on the way too. I can't wait to see the bag in person!

I agree - especially since I still have not received an Order Confirmation yet.

Honestly...UPS Ground Shipping, at least to my zip code, was only $5.

I just ended up seeing that when I played around with putting an item in my cart - now I don't feel so bad! When I looked at their shipping terms page they didn't post rates so I assumed they might be high.

I'm thinking of ordering the travel tote. The only thing stopping me is it looks like it's just a little to big to be considered a "personal item" on some of the airlines and I'm wondering if it would qualify as my under the seat carry on.

Anyone have that tote in another pattern? Were you able to fit it under the seat on the plane?

Those of you that ordered last week, did you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail? I placed an order on the 22nd, and got an order confirmation but I have still not gotten a shipping notice.

I ordered mine on Saturday night. I got an order confirmation email but not a shipping notice. However I read that they "usually" ship within 2 business days and that Monday was a holiday for them...at least for regular shipping. So I'd expect my bag to ship at earliest on Wednesday and I'd be looking for the shipping email then. However I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a day or two longer. I do see that they didn't even charge my credit card yet.

Well 5 o'clock has come and gone and I didn't get a shipping notice. They told me to call in the morning if I didn't get one. I guess I'll have to do it. Gah! The stress! I just want my pretty new bag for my trip!

I'm debating between the Classic Hobo and Deluxe Everyday bag. Does anyone have a real life review for either of these? I would like it to hold a change of clothes for DD, a few diapers and wipes, camera, id/cards, keys, etc. Is the included matching zip pouch the same size for the both of these?

I'm only going by the pictures, but for what you want to carry, I'm thinking the travel tote might be a better choice. But between the classic hobo and the deluxe everyday, I'd go with the deluxe everyday since it's a little bit bigger.

I finally got my shipping notice and it should be delivered 5/31. Looks like I'll have it in time for our trip after all. I'm so excited! I'll try to take pics when it gets here.

I called this morning to check the status of my two orders. The order that I placed on Tuesday the 22nd has shipped and is scheduled to arrive on Friday. The order that I placed on Friday the 25th has not shipped yet.

I went to Lord & Taylor last week to check out the sizes before I purchased my bag. The Deluxe Everyday bag is definately larger then the Classic Hobo. For what you want to carry I would say the Deluxe Everyday Bag would be better (the strap is longer also). I purchased the Classic Hobo because I do not carry as much with me - this will be my park bag but it will also be my new summer bag for everyday. You can wear both as cross body bags but like I said the Everyday bag strap is alittle longer.

My bag is due in on Thursday (yeah). I will take pictures and post.
