My Magical Journey bag took 8 days to arrive. I'm in Jersey and it shipped from CA. The bag I ordered in Tahitian Dreams arrived in 1 1/2 days and looked like it shipped from the Manhattan store. Hopefully your bag will arrive soon.

I bought the Tahitian print in the Cleo(?) purse and I absolutely love it. It's one of the cutest purses I've ever seen, and the little mermaid charm is adorable. After thinking about it for awhile, I decided to get the weekender bag too which should be here in about a week.

Thanks to the person who posted the photos of the next patterns. I really like the Moroccan one, but will probably wait until the next round since I bought two of the mermaid items.

My magcal journey everyday deluxe took 7 days to arrive. I am in Atlanta and it shipped from CA. It was well worth the wait. I LOVE it!

The nylon that LeSportSac uses in their bags is not waterproof but is listed on ebags.com as being "lightweight water-resistant". So in my opinion if you're in a good rain I would try to keep my bag covered. I figure you're a lot safer than trying to carry a Vera Bradley bag on a rainy day.

Yes it will endure rain so long as your bag has fully anchored zippers that close all the way. It is not waterproof because contents will get soaked if submerged in water, and I don't know of any waterproof bags except for very expensive Arcteryx mountaineering bags and the like that cost like $500. For heavy rain and snow falling onto Lesportsac material it shoul be fine. It is really tough but looks so demure at the same time. I love how easy it is to clean just wipe dirt and stains away with damp cloth. It is also machine washable.

Alas Scotchguard has been recalled voluntarily around the time the non-stick coating on frying pans gave the world a scare because it contained Teflon or used Teflon ingredients which causes cancer in factory workers and pollutes the waterways in the town where the supplier factory is located. Sigh such a great product.

I noticed on LeSportSacs website that some of the collections they only recommend wiping with a damp cloth, not washing in the washing machine. I didn't check the tags on my Small World bags. Guess I better check that out.

Yes it does say to hand wash on tag but I had a juice stain and didn't want to take the chance of attracting ants as it is a huge problem in our area. I have machine washed Lesportsac bags in the past without any issues so thought I could wash this IASW bag the same way since it is part of the basic collection without leather or embellishments. I removed the charm before washing and air dried the bag.

I'd think they don't suggest machine washing although it can to protect themselves. You know how some customers are, you tell them to machine wash on cold without bleach and they machine wash on hot with bleach and demand their money back.

I got my bag today! I purchased the Kasey in Magical Journey. I love it! It's a great size--very similar to my former park bag but so much cuter. I got mine from Amazon with the free two-day shipping for prime members.

I have two LeSportSac's (solid black and solid white). I have never washed my black one as it is black and does not get dirty. I usually wash my white one at least once a week in the summer when I am using it. I wear it crossbody and it always seems to pick up some kind of dirt or smudge mark - especially the straps. I just put it in the washing machine - I do not use bleach on it. I usually put it in the dryer for 10 minutes or so just to get the moisture out of it and then hang it to dry.

As far as waterproof - I usually keep a large zip lock food bag inside the bag and keep things in this if I know it is going to rain - or if I am in the park and know I will be going on water rides. I am most concerned about my camera and cell phone.

I love LeSportSac bags (especially for vacation) and use the crossbody strap for my Disney pins as we are pin collectors.

Anyone have any luck finding discounts or promo codes that can be used when purchasing these bags? Lesportsac bags are not included in the ebag coupons.
