DISNEY IT Strikes Again

I’m in Orlando and have lost an hours sleep already. Genie Plus has not linked with my ticket so I can’t make my 7:00 selection. It’s past 8:00. They are undergoing “enhancements” according to the chat message I got. Just keep checking back for when it is fixed. I’m guessing it is a systemwide issue. Thanks, Disney.

Yep, it's system wide. Lots of people having meltdowns on FB. The good news is, everyone is in the same boat. Bad news is, everyone is forced to constantly keep checking to see when it's back up.
