Disney inspired nails for vacation

I went and got my Disney pedicure today, so I'm sharing it here. I hope this works. *crossing fingers*

FYI, I intended to do the same thing on my thumbs, but the crystals that I bought were too big. Live and learn.

Love it!!! Where did you get your crystals? The ones I have are much smaller than that and I'd love to get the bigger ones.

I looked at Wal Mart and a beauty store today, they only had tiny ones. The beauty store lady suggested Michaels, which is too far to drive. Then I came home and saw my dd on her phone, which is blinged out and remembered we had cell phone gems and I found them, and they are a much better size, now I can use my smaller ones for the ears!

Does anyone know if you get a mani/pedi on site at WDW if they will put a MM head design or is there copyright issues so they can't? Really wanted to treat myself to a first time ever treat while there but would love to have something Disney put on the nail and not sure if they would do that there. thanks for any info.

Loperella--first let me say that you toes are so cute..can't wait till DD gets home from school to see them--I have a feeling I will be painting toes tonight!! We forgot to take pictures inDecember(I really wished I took a pic they were really cute for Christmas) .

I'll definitely remember for our next trips. I found two from August that i cropped out of other photos. Everyone came up to DD and said they loved her nails and asked where she got them done. Everyone also thought her nails were fake. My polish chipped of after like a day while hers lasted like 13days not fair! Also, everyone on the buses stared at are feet kinda creepy haha

YES! But I can't do the picture now - it's really growing out and I need to change it.

I polished my toes with regular polish (bright blue) and got those nail pens that let you draw designs over your regular polish. I drew different size Mickey heads on some of my toes.

We leave for the World two weeks from Friday, so I plan to do pink toes with white Mickey heads. Yay!

I'm a nail tech, although I'm not the best at nail art. The most I've done was french, with mickey heads on a friend. I did have a coworker do my toes for my trip last year, here's what we came up with (this isn't the best picture, but its the only one i've got):

I haven't yet decided what I'm going to have her do for this trip...
I just know I'm going to do the new shellac product on my fingers, as it stays w/o chipping for 14 days. yay!

We are going to the World in September, and going to MNSSHP. My mom, my sister, my neice and I are all going to get Disney themed pedi and manicures. Would LOVE to see updated ideas! Although, LOVE LOVE LOVE the pics that have already been posted!

Coming in late on this thread but DD and I just got ours done for our trip (leaving tomorrow - woo hoo)! We have red nail polish with a black Mickey in the center, surrounded by white polka dots..

Here are my toes right before our trip! (We just got back early Saturday morning.) The picture of my feet together turned out really blurry, so here's separate pictures of each foot. I used regular pink polish, then drew on Mickey heads, dots and stars with those nail pens you can buy at CVS. Then finished with a clear top coat.

When we went to the World during October I did a regular french manicure and put Halloween-themed nail decals on my thumbs and pinkies. I got a *lot* of positive comments on them! (Not exactly Disney-themed, I know).
