Generally I get glow in the dark polish at Halloween. Most are no name bottles I pick up at drug stores, but China Glaze came out with a glow in the dark polish last year that you can sort of use as a top coat, though it makes the color look a little milky. OPI came out with a glow in the dark polish too last year, but it's bright green.
Those holiday colors are so pretty! The only Zoya polish I have are some flake glitter polishes that I think came out recently. In general I'm a China Glaze or OPI fangirl, but Essie and Zoya are winning me over.
Have you ever tried the aluminum foil trick to take off glitter? Put some polish remover on a cotton ball, put it on your nail and wrap your fingertip in aluminum foil. It sounds ridiculous, but after five minutes or so the polish will usually come right off. I paint my nails at least once a week, and I'm pretty sure I use 90% of our aluminum foil.![]()
I can't believe I didn't see this response! Thank you, I'll definitely do the foil trick next time! I'm sure someone in your household is wondering why they need to buy foil every week, when there aren't even leftovers in the fridge!
