Disney Hopper Pass - 2 days left - can 2 people use it?

I have a 7 day world hopper pass that we bought a few years ago. The ticket has 2 days left. Can I use the ticket for the 2 of us, on the same day? If the answer is yes, what is the process for getting this done?
