Disney is hiring for pre-construction jobs for new resorts...there is also an intern position out there as well. I noticed one of the qualifications for the job is to maintain confidentiality!

Title: Project Coordinator I US-FL-Orlando
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists pre-construction management in all areas of project development.
Oversees an assigned scope of project work and manages specific scope budgets.
Does estimates for future projects, including general quantity survey, digitizing and documenting/maintaining material costs.
Provides historical data on non-resort commercial facility projects and resorts.
Studies building products for future resorts.
Coordinates with finance team and consultants for escalation study.
Assists in generating current bid projects (cost, subcontractor coverage).
Assists in internal resort estimating process (travel may be required).
Prepares written communication to project team, vendors, consultants and business partners.
Participates in presentations and meetings with leaders, project team, vendors, consultants and business partners.
Makes extensive use of computer to perform these functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture or related profession.
Minimum 1 year of job-related or internship experience in related field.
Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and estimation systems.
Thorough understanding of the project development pre-construction process.
Proficient communication skills, both verbally in presentation and conversation, and written in correspondence.
Ability to take direction, adapt to change, establish effective business relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in estimating and quantity survey.
Advanced computer proficiency with additional software programs.
