Disney - here we come (in 180 days)

I couldn't sleep at all last night. Its like I'm almost on my way to the most magical place on earth. Well, at least in 180 days. But it did mean that I was up this morning booking all our reservations. We are on the deluxe dining plan, but instead of 3 full meals each day, we typically opt for 1 breakfast or early lunch and then a signature meal for dinners.

So far, we have the following booked:

Day 1: Morimoto Asia for lunch, California Grill for dinner
Day 2: Cape May Cafe for breakfast, The Dining Room at Wolfgang Pucks for dinner
Day 3: Chef Mickey's for breakfast, Biergarten for dinner
Day 4: Kona Cafe for breakfast, Yachtsman for dinner
Day 5: Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast, Citricos for dinner
Day 6: 'Ohana for breakfast, Le Cellier for dinner
Day 7: Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast, we will be visiting family for dinner
Day 8: Crystal Palace for breakfast, Be Our Guest for dinner
Day 9: 50's Prime Time for an early lunch, Hollywood Brown Derby for dinner (hoping to add the Fantasmic dining package)
Day 10: 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, Narcoossee's for dinner
Day 11: 'Ohana for breakfast, Beaches and Cream for lunch before we head home

I'd really like to find something other than 'Ohana for day 6 for breakfast. Anyone have suggestions? We are 5 this trip: my wife, our son who will be 2 (but he's an eater), my MIL, and my BIL. None of us are particularly picky eaters.

I'm also looking to add the Flying Fish when they start accepting reservations, but not sure which dinner I would drop for it.
