hope someone has an answer to my question
karen guyder was our guide but today I received two disney offers
in the mail one to myself one to my husband with two different guide .
one a justin brown and the other carol ann deangelo .
I was just wondering if karen is no longer there and a little confused .
I don't understand why one family would get a brochere with two
different guide . I would appreciate and thank you in advance if anyone
can explain this .

This most likely is a mistake, and you are not alone. Please see This Thread with more information.

We are suggesting you call your Guide and if her phone number is still valid, then she is likely still your Guide.
