Disney Gift Cards

We are DVC members and we are traveling to Aulani thins month. We have some Disney Gift Cards and I was wondering whether they can be used to pay for charges we make to our room during the stay. If not we will just have to use them instead of charging to our room.

You can have them applied to your room bill. We always end up with a couple given to us as presents. When you check out, just give the desk clerk the gift cards. They will apply them to the bill and then charge the remainer to the Credit Card on file.

I love to buy gift cards and save them for a trip. Its like a forced savings plan and it feels good to not have a huge bill.

Thanks for the information. It will be so much easier to charge everything to the room and them just use them at the end of the trip.

You don't even have to wait until check-out. Once you know you've charged up to the amount of gift cards you have, just stop by the desk and ask them to apply your gift cards.
