Disney gift cards at Downtown Disney?

So, I am assuming that Disney Gift Cards can be used at some, but not all stores at Downtown Disney. Does anyone have a list of which stores do or don't accept Disney Gift Cards?

I try to save money by buying gift cards through my son's school for tuition credit & want to be prepared for our upcoming trip.
