I got a $200 one emailed. I havent gotten the $500 one yet. I also purchased a bunch of LEGOs including Disney Castle as they were also coming up 40% off.

on one hand, processing for over an hour is crazy... on another hand, they do tell us it can be anywhere from 60 minutes - 24 hours, and with the RUSH they probably got... who knows....

Yeah, I usually get my electronic cards from Shop Disney very fast. I wish I saw it sooner! I never got anything from Ebates either

At least no one has said they received a "...We apologize.." email. There's still hope.

I bought a gift card from Shop Disney though Raktuen (Ebates) and got the 40% off. I received a confirmation email but no e-giftcard yet. The funds are pending with my bank and the order shows active in my Shop Disney account. I didn't get an email from Raktuen yet either.

I work in customer service for software, they were clearly aware of the glitch. I was wondering what they were going to do about it because I had my complain hat on and ready to work it for all of us.
