HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I thought it would never happen to me, but it did. I bought $1009 worth of electronic Target cards from cardpool and they were delivered loaded, but I went to use them and they have all been used, yesterday in a Virginia store, I live in MA. I bought them on 2/23. I know a few others have gone though this. I tried calling cardpool with no luck. I emailed them and the reply email said next business day for a reply. However, on their website it says no returns on electronic gift cards?!!?! Not excited about that. Should I call my credit card already or wait for a response from Cardpool? Can Target do anything? I usually load them into my Target mobile app and combined them into one, and this time I loaded them all into my target account online. I should've known better. UGH.
So, I got foiled by iConsumer's $20 per month limit on cash back from eBay. My last purchase was for $300 in Target GC's, thinking I'd get $9 back from iConsumer, but I only got $2.30. Less than 1%! This will teach me to pay attention next time.
Just received an email from Giant Eagle confirming the $.29 fuel perks for $50 spend tomorrow on all gift cards.
I buy them from Target going through MyPoints with my RedCard for a 5% discount. Buying through MyPoints gives you 2pts/dollar spent which is 1.4% back and no hassle of card not working.where do you find the best price for disney giftcards? i found this website, but this is the one that has that popup message: http://www.giftcardgranny.com/buy-gift-cards/disney-store/
I buy from Giftcardbin. Target is 6.6% off everyday and I have had two codes this year for an additional 2% off. I have talked to them often as to get set (I am a US citizen but live in Honduras) I had to verify myself. Great customer service.so besides raise, where else are great places to purchase them
Ok.... after going thru all my numbers/papers/etc today my final shakedown using a combo of methods mentioned in the thread isOk...... stumbling along here- let me try to lay this out to see if I am right (or most likely wrong lol)
*some of these figures are approximate*This is overall,AFTER I get Target gc's from Ebay(incl using Ebucks) and turning them into dis gc's at Target using RC and cashback portals (fingers crossed)
Spent 1590.00 for 1700 worth of gc's (target)$110
mypoints rebate =$25 (target gc)
ebates- 35.00 (if it works)
Target RC savings-$80
Cc hotel points earned(valuation) $30
Total saved/rebates overall $386.00
All that shakes down to $1700-$386.00=$1314.00 which = approx. 22% discount after all is said and done?
I feel like this may wrong..... again,a fee extra here and there not included,as my head is spinning already,so approximate numbers....
After following the posts on this board, I recently made three purchases on ebay for Target gift cards. For each purchase ($50, $190 ($100 for $95 offer), and $150), I paid with PayPal linked through my bank account. The purchases were made on 2/16, 2/22, and 2/25. I'm a new ebay member and these are my only three transactions.
I've now received a notice from ebay that my account has been suspended. I'm baffled! I've receive two of the three orders already.
I'm on hold with ebay now, but they will not provide any information about why I've been "indefinitely suspended". Has any else experienced this?
Thank you!
My purchase was made during the 3% promotion, I just hit the $20 monthly limit for cash back from eBay without realizing it. I made 3 purchases in February; I got $12.00 back on 2/17 and $5.70 back on 2/22, leaving me only $2.30 until I hit the $20 limit for the month. Then I made a $300 purchase on 2/25, which at 3% would've given me $9.00 back but since I'd already earned $17.70 this month I only got $2.30, bringing me up to the $20 max. If I'd realized ahead of time that I was near the max cash back from iConsumer I would have used TCB instead. Clear as mud? When did you order? My order on 2/22 that posted on 2/25 received a full 3% rebate.
I noticed that they currently have decreased the cash back % to 1.5%.

I'm also disappointed in the reduction in percentage. I have $40 pending from them so I'll see when I actually get paid. The terms say 90 days after you reach $25 owed, but it's not clear if you are then paid 90 days after each transaction, or if you are paid in $25 increments, or what. You did say that didn't you in your original post? My brain isn't working properly today! I'm disappointed that they've dropped their cash back %. Too good to last I guess.
I went thru TopCashback last week when eBay had the 4X eBay bucks promo, but I have not been credited for any of my purchases.
Has anyone else received credit from TopCashback for last week's purchases? Thanks.
