I'm not sure if this will help with PPDG, but I decided to check my ebay account, and make sure that my ebay account and Paypal account were linked. Then I logged into Paypal, and under settings, checked which phone numbers were allowed. They had my cell phone listed, but as unconfirmed. I then clicked that I wanted it confirmed, and they sent me a code, I typed it in, and that's done. I also added my office number to the account. I didn't have to confirm that one, but only my cell phone is listed as primary. I don't know if the unconfirmed status caused the multiple verifications in the past, but this way, if I ever have to deal with Paypal reps, I can say that Paypal has confirmed that number.

I purposely did this after the ebuck promotion frenzy, so that it is in place for the next promotion. Those of you who have been in PPDG hell might want to check this on your own accounts.

FYI On another thread on the Budget board, people have been reporting success using Wal-Mart gift cards in Wal-Mart to get Disney cards. I think they also used Wal-Mart cards in Sams for the same thing. Something to keep in mind for when you want to cash out if Target is out of stock.

Is there an authorized seller on eBay that sells Wal-Mart/Sam's Club cards? We shop at Sam's Club at least once a week and our store always has a lot of Disney gift cards.

Two nights ago I did 3 orders. One for 6 $100 cards and then 2 orders for 3 $100 cards. The orders shipped and are being delivered tomorrow.

Uh oh. That's how I got banned and let me tell you it's nearly impossible to get back on Paypal. Once I sent in my ID someone must have looked at my transactions and banned me. I'd call ASAP if I were you to try to straighten it out.

From Paypal: "Our review is complete and we have restored your account."
That was a stressful few hours. They did cancel my withdrawal, I'll try that again in a few days. My ebay GC purchases were never for more than $500 at a time. I think it was a combination of not getting approved, trying to withdraw, updating some info in hopes that would help approval.

Most Target stores carry $50/100/200 eBay GCs and you can still get 5% off them using your REDCard, but no stacking that discount with Target GCs.

Well, my Paypal account is back to being restored after the whole fiasco from last night. It was actually pretty painless to get it back up. However, I went to try and buy Best Buy gift cards to see if it would work and I keep getting: Please log in to Paypal. After I already did This is exhausting. I sent an email to Paypal on everyone's behalf - not that it will do anything - but maybe with more letters they will fix the issue.

I know this has been asked/maybe answered before, but can I make a Paypal account in my husband's name and use it for MY eBay purchases or can I open another Paypal account? What has worked for others? I still need about another $1,000 in gift cards and was hoping to max out the Ebucks this quarter and I'm not close!

If the order went through PPDG and it shows on your Paypal transactions, I would look closer into the e-mail they delivered to (it's skewed, but the e-mail they sent it to should be partially shown in your purchase history on ebay).
