My signature package from the 18th arrived the 22nd (Friday), my non-signature package from the 19th arrive today and my signature package also from the 19th hasn't even shipped. It seems like GCM is all over the place with these. FWIW, we live one state over (if they are shipping from CO).
My order from GCM placed on Thursday hasn't even shipped yet and it's a small order. Only 2 $150s.

Perry:Thanks for shopping on Target.com. My name is Perry. How can I help you?
Jen:Hi. The 5% Redcard discount isn't applying in my cart.
Perry:To verify, name any one item from you're cart?
Jen: $50 starbucks card
Perry:Thank you. Would you mind waiting a few minutes while I check into that?
Jen:sure
Perry:Thanks for waiting. I appreciate your patience.
Perry:I'm sorry, REDcard discount can't be applied for GiftCard purchase and third party GiftCard purchases.
Jen:since when? I have always received this discount before. Is this online only or in stores as well?
Perry:No you won't get a discount for store and online purchases. You will get a 5% discounts for other orders, however you won't get a discount if you place the order for GiftCards.

He then told me to call a number for more information. It was just the standard Target orders number, so that didn't seem very helpful. This information conflicts with what some others were told via online chat at checkout just this past weekend.

It's crazy how you can get 10 different answers from 10 Target employees!

Interesting...on the Target .com website, the pages have not changed in appearance when I use Firefox (probably because I haven't cleared cookies in a while) but if I'm on Chrome, I can't even log in on the newly designed website due to an unresponsive script.

I think that Target must have hired former Disney IT people to run their website.

No kidding and they probably work part-time for eBay.

I just went to Target to see what all of the excitement was about and just looked at disney cards. They're still out of stock online but depending on one page it showed my local Target to have it in stock and on another it said they were out of stock. On top of that portions of their code for the site was displaying onscreen. This was in Safari and Firefox. I didn't bother checking the eBay GC's. I'm glad I wrapped up last week all of the cards I need for my late May/early June trip. I have a tough time tolerating poorly designed/coded sites with the goal to make money. In business one of the first rules of thumb is to not make it hard to take money for a product or service and do it in a way that the customer trusts you. eBay and Target have had and still do major IT issues.

As far as Disney I'm not sure they're any better. Their site that most users interact with has been bad enough at coming up with errors in the last few weeks that it couldn't find pages or the goofy fastpass scheduling I've experienced(either a bug or they're manipulating times on people). The cast member site is even worse though. I was rather stunned considering the money Disney has at its disposal.

Just in case this doesn't get resolved anytime soon, I am looking at other options.

I know many of you are buying GCs at Kroger, so I asked in the store last night where I could use the gas points since the store doesn't sell Kroger gas.
They told me I could use it at Shell. This sounds good, but the max # of points you can use at a time is 100, meaning you get 10cents off per gallon. Since I don't drive a semi, I don't see this as a great savings. Plus to do this, you have to talk to the clerk first, so that they can set the machine to accept your Kroger card.
I'm usually in a rush when I am filling up, so I'm not seeing this as practical for me. But I mention it, because it might be very useful to someone else.
If I drive 5 miles away to a Kroger with gas, I can get $1 off per gallon after 1000 points. I will have to think about that.

So I am still looking. Anyone have any other ideas?

And one more question - has anyone else never gotten a chance to earn multiple eBucks from eBay?

It's quite normal in a call canter... even the domestic call centers.

With a company as big as Target, there are so many different departments. Each department often doesn't know what the other is doing, so they will either often regurgitate the normal lingo or know the insides of what is happening since they've talked to the other department directly about the issue and haven't relayed the information to the other employees.

In this case, the call center agents and IT probably aren't communicating with each other.

Same thing happens at my job all the time. And in our call center here, the agents sit literally 10 inches from each other.

How long have the disney GC's been out of stock on Target.com? Hoping to get $200 worth for early May. *Nail biting over here*

Yes I agree that I don't think the HEB coupon is intended for Disney GC. I figure the worst that happens is they tell me no.

Yesterday was hit or miss depending where I was and the time of day. My husband had zero success during the day but I was successful at multiple HEBs later in the evening (9-11 pm). I even had one manager tell me she was planning to do the deal too. I told her I would see her again tomorrow.

Another manager told me that there is a "glitch" in the system and they have a help ticket trying to get it resolved - hopefully today and told me to call and see if it is fixed.

Sorry if I missed it but can I take the HEB GC and roll it?

I think it was last Wednesday or Thursday they went out of stock. I'm in the same boat as you.

I am also not able to get my extra 5% on gift cards online... are they closing that loop hole?

This has been an ongoing issue over the past few days. No word on if its a glitch or not as of yet, but people are optimistic its just a glitch. Time will tell.

I'm not one to usually think things are coming to an end but "only sold in stores" is different from the normal "not available online" that I usually see.

Also doesn't help that the "most helpful review" on Target's site talks about saving 5% to make Disney trips cheaper haha.

On the app it says "out of stock online."

But I agree. I'm hopeful but wouldn't be shocked if this was the end. As long as I can buy in store with gift cards, I'm good. If that ends, I cry!

I hear that ^.... It does say "out of stock" on the mobile app, not "only sold in stores" the second phrasing is only on the Target.com site. I have actually seen this exact combo before and they have since restocked. The gift card lack of discount with the Red card is concerning though.

Has anyone tried purchasing Disney gc in store using a Target gc since this started? I am going to try tomorrow. I think someone said they were able to do it. Has anyone been turned away?
